Tom Murphy – Secretary

I was born and raised in Anfield, and proud to still call it home. I joined the CLT Board back in Autumn 2018 as I wanted to get more involved in improving my community. I believe that local people are best placed to make things happen in their communities. I describe myself as a ‘Jack of all trades… master of none’ – but I do offer 12 years of knowledge and experience from working within Liverpool’s Voluntary Community Social Enterprise Sector. By day, I’m the Business Development Manager at Kensington Fields Community Association and by night my CLT role includes a recent appointment as Company Secretary, which I’m getting to grips with. I enjoy being a member of the Core Design Team, ensuring the voices of local residents are heard at Board level & I also generally try to get stuck in wherever help is needed.
