Your private double bedroom comes fully furnished and the apartment has these shared areas:

Rent is £387.54 per calendar month, including bills and service charges.

The apartment is above Homebaked Cooperative Bakery, opposite Liverpool football club, with excellent public transport connections to the City Centre, and in walking distance of two parks. The landlord is Homebaked Community Land Trust, a community organisation set up and run by local people to make our neighbourhood a vibrant place to live, work and play.
