Welcome our newest team member!
We’re thrilled to welcome Rachael Treacher as the newest member of the Homebaked CLT team.
Find out more about Rachael below:
I’ve lived in Liverpool for 23 years, and my career has weaved its way through arts, culture, charity, and health and wellbeing sectors. My work has always focused on people, places, and positive experiences—whether that be through a one-off arts event or a longer-term project.
As a student here in the early 00s, I’ve witnessed the city transform and develop dramatically—economically, socially, and aesthetically. What I find inspiring about living in Liverpool is how the people of Liverpool never give up—they are determined, driven, and passionate, and it is why the city is deeply vibrant and full of character.
I went on to study an MSc in Urban Regeneration, and I’m pleased to be utilising these skills alongside my deep connection with Liverpool and the neighborhood of Anfield to help and support in making a real difference in the development of Homebaked CLT.
As the Local Enterprise Lead I’ll be working on the ‘Anfield Improvement District’ project helping shape local development, decision making and planning. I’ll also be leading on a new exciting project ‘Neighbourhood as an Incubator’ , focussing on nurturing, developing and supporting local enterprises ideas.
