Homebaked Market
After the huge success of our pilot market on the Homesquare in May, we are back again with another! We will be hosting a sustainability themed market at the iconic Isla Gladstone in Stanley Park on Saturday 24th September 2022 as part of the Great Big Green Week, a week of events highlighting how we can make our neighbourhood more ‘green’ and move towards a more sustainable future.
We’re so excited for what we have planned and we’re looking for small business and market stallholders. If your business promotes sustainable living, creates items out of recycled materials or encourages people to live a greener lifestyle, we want to hear from you!
Not too sure if your business is ‘green’ or sustainable enough? Don’t worry, we want to help you get there! The theme is sustainability, which is open for interpretation. We want you to think about what sustainability means to you, whether it’s about green spaces and the environment, good food, saving money, improving your mental and physical health or anything else that you can think of which might help someone live a better, more ‘sustainable’ life.
We are looking for colourful inspiring artwork for people’s walls, unique and personal jewellery, household products which will break down on a compost heap, products made from materials which are kind to the planet, food, books, you name it… As long as you’re thinking about sustainability, you are welcome to apply!
Homebaked CLT will be providing trestle tables and marketing for the event!
